CANCELLATION POLICY

At Salon Beni, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience possible. To ensure we can accommodate all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Why This Matters

Our goal is to provide every client with exceptional service and the care they deserve. When an appointment is canceled on short notice or missed entirely, it impacts not only our team but also other clients who may have been waiting for an opening.

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or no-shows make it difficult to fill the time slot, resulting in a loss for both our stylists and other clients. By adhering to this policy, you help us maintain a fair and efficient schedule that benefits everyone.

POLICY DETAILS

Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours' Notice
Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of your service. This fee helps compensate our team for their time and preparation.

No-Shows
If you do not show up for your appointment without any notice, the full cost of the service will be charged. In some cases, a deposit may be required for future bookings.

Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule. In such cases, the same cancellation fee may apply.


We Understand Life Happens!
We understand that life is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to work with you to find a new time, provided you give us adequate notice. For frequent cancellations or no-shows, we may require a deposit to secure future appointments or possibly refuse further services. If an emergency arises, please contact us. We’re here to work with you and appreciate your business and understanding.

Request for Credit/Debit Card Information
This Policy is effective immediately. Someone from the Salon will be gathering your card payment information when you call the salon to book an appointment. Online booking will require you to add a credit card to secure your appointment.

CELl PHONES

Here at Salon Beni we want our guests to feel calm and relaxed during their visit.  We kindly ask you to please turn your phone on silent while visiting us.  Speaking on your phone can interrupt our other guests.

CHILDREN

Children under the age of 9 who are not receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult not receiving a service. If you are unable to have them accompanied by another adult, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

CREATIVE COLORS

Clients who are interested in creative colors must book a consultation. Service will be booked after the consultation to ensure the proper amount of time.


COLOR CORRECTIVE

Clients who are interested in corrective color must book a consultation. Service will be booked after the consultation to ensure the proper amount of time.


SERVICE ADJUSTMENT

We are more then happy to adjust what is needed with in a 2 week span of your original appointment,  We also encourage you to see your original stylist.
